To empower under-served neighborhoods in north and east Flint, MI by:
- Assisting residents to identify and prioritize needs of their neighborhoods.
- Enabling residents to define those services that will provide for their health, well-being and safety.
- Promoting solutions to social issues unique to each neighborhood.
- Leveraging community informatics to (a) enhance sociotechnical capital, (b) sustain positive health behaviors, and (c) build technical capacity.
